Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for guiding homeowners through the process of switching to solar—educating them on savings opportunities, presenting proposals, and closing deals. You’ll be supported with marketing leads, appointment-setting assistance, and proven systems to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Meet with qualified homeowners (in-person or virtually) to explain solar energy benefits and cost savings.
Conduct consultations using provided tools (GoHighLevel CRM).
Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the pipeline.
Present customized solar proposals, financing options, and ROI breakdowns.
Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM (GoHighLevel).
Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay informed on current solar incentives, financing programs, and competitor offerings.
1–2+ years of experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy with CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Commission-based and very competitive.

We’re seeking a reliable and organized Appointment Setter / Lead Manager to handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule consultations for our sales team. This person plays a key role in moving potential customers through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email leads from multiple sources (ads, website forms, referrals, etc.).
Qualify prospects based on location, homeownership, and interest level.
Schedule in-home or virtual appointments for sales reps.
Manage and update the CRM (GoHighLevel): tagging, moving leads through stages, and logging communication.
Follow up with warm leads that haven’t booked yet (“no-shows” or “not ready yet” leads).
Track daily outreach metrics and report progress to the sales manager.
Coordinate with the marketing team on new lead campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience in appointment setting and sales is a must.
Clear communication and positive phone/email presence.
Comfortable using CRM and text automation tools - GoHighLevel experience is a must.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
Compensation:
Base pay plus bonus for booked and completed appointments.
